I almost never leave reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience in case someone out there is struggling with the same thing and desperately searching for help with sleep.
After having my son, I developed terrible postpartum insomnia. At first, I had no idea what was going on. Just as he finally started sleeping through the night, suddenly I couldn’t. Even worse, I’d fall asleep only to wake up between 3-4 AM, completely unable to drift back to sleep. It wasn’t even that I felt tired—I should have been exhausted as a new mom with a newborn, but for some reason, I wasn’t. I’d be totally drained in the morning but somehow wired later in the day.
I finally saw a naturopath, she recommended Corti-Help. I kid you not, it worked.
