I had no idea my years of insomnia (staring at the ceiling until 1am or waking up every single hour or two wide awake) was because of stress until my friend told me it could be the cause. I started looking into heaps of different supplements to help ease stress, I knew nothing about cortisol or the science of it. But as I went into the rabbit hole of researchng and tried at least 10+ products to help with my sleep I came across this one. After having my son, I developed terrible postpartum insomnia. At first, I had no idea what was going on. Just as he finally started sleeping through the night, suddenly I couldn’t.
